Helps keep track of the Not-At-Homes for Jehovah's Witnesses in their ministry. It's easy, simple and quick. Why a separate app just for NHs, when there are already "field service" apps available in the app store? There are two main reasons. First, in the "paper" world, no one keeps their NH list with their return visit list. They are two separate lists, for a reason. Secondly, and maybe more importantly, this app is intended to make taking NHs so easy, simple, and quick that it will (almost) be a joy to take NHs. How does this app make taking NHs easy, simple, and quick? The primary way is by using the numeric keypad whenever possible. Rather than having to use the "standard" keyboard with those tiny number keys, you can now enter your NHs quickly using the large number keys on the numeric keypad. Additionally, the app has the option of using Apple's Location Service when entering the street name so that, when possible, you don't have to type at all! After you've entered your first NH using the Not-At-Home Assistant, you won't want to go back. If you are in service in someone else's territory, you can easily take NHs for the whole group, and then when you are done for the day, you can quickly email or text all the NHs to the territory card holder. If the territory card holder also uses this app, they can import/merge your NHs right in with theirs! If you are keeping track of your own territory NHs, you will see all of the days and times that you have previously attempted the NH, enabling you to try at different days and/or times. Additionally, if you are in the territory doing the NHs, you can email or text the NHs from a street to another publisher so they can work them. No more needing to read off the list and have the publisher right them down. The Not-At-Home Assistant offers the following: ■ Keep track of NHs for multiple territories (both yours and others) ■ Add notes to territories, streets, and NHs ■ Sort territories and streets in any order you want ■ Flexible sorting options for NHs (both for display and email) ■ Support for "Do Not Calls" ■ Keep track of NHs for apartments or businesses ■ Email or text NHs to others ■ Enter the street name without typing using Apple's Location Service ■ Displays a map of your current location to assist in entering the name of the street ■ Enter NH street numbers using either the numeric keypad, or the standard keyboard ■ Keep track of the days and times that you have returned to specific NHs ■ "Quick" save (enter multiple NHs at one time) ■ Flexible backup and restore of your app's NHs (including via email) ■ NHs sent to you by others that also use this app can be imported right into your NHs ■ Integrated help in critical areas of the app ■ Supports both portrait and landscape device rotation
